You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Content

Our service allows you to input, store, and export professional information. You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kaireer and its licensors. Our templates and designs are protected by copyright and other laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kaireer, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
